Each of them thoroughly understands the equipment, and they quickly and patiently troubleshoot most issues over the phone – whether it’s a service or operational.

When a customer calls our toll-free phone number during normal business hours, an actual person answers and directs the call promptly and professionally.

Using the same toll-free number after business hours for emergency technical assistance, they are automatically transferred to a technician. Emergency technical support. That’s our commitment.

If researching an Express Blower used equipment purchase, please note that if you buy from someone other than our authorized reseller, Conveyor Application Systems (aka Rexius Equipment), you will be required to purchase operator safety training from Express Blower, Inc. prior to receiving any technical and/or parts assistance from us.  Hourly fees for continued technical assistance may also apply. These fees apply only to those who have purchased EB equipment outside of EB or Conveyor Application Systems.


FE-Series Volvo blower trucks have become obsolete pieces of equipment. Due to that, support at the same level as other Express Blower equipment isn’t possible. Components are often not stocked items, and in some cases, parts may not be available at all. We will support as best we can as common or crossover parts are affected, but please be aware of the obsolete nature of these chassis’ before purchasing.
