The EB Difference

Each Express Blower unit is manufactured to the highest quality standards, using only the most reliable and durable components. We continue to develop and refine our processes and equipment in order to meet the marketplaces’ ever-changing needs. This approach of continually improving our product has led us to manufacture units that can place organic materials more than 30 stories high for green roof applications or stretch out 2,000 feet for long distance access.

Design Varieties - EB vs. TM

We manufacture two primary styles of Express Blower equipment. Our "EB" or PTO powered, integrated chassis models; and the "TM" models which are self-contained and have their own engine cradle, so they can be mounted to a variety of power or trailer units. The compact TR-HD uses this same TM engine cradle.

The TM models also allow us to offer different power packages. The TM-MD designation is considered "medium duty" which is greater in power than our standard EB models. The TM-HD is our "heavy duty" version and is often used for the most difficult applications, such as very high green roof installations.

Since the TM machines are self-contained, they are perfect for shipping overseas for placement on foreign country compliant chassis' or trailers.

Superior Capabilities & Experience

What makes an Express Blower’s capabilities superior is that we utilize a combination of blower pressure (psi) and air volume (cfm) to ensure the successful application of the widest variety of organic materials blown at greater distances than cfm alone can deliver. The EB’s ability to productively apply many aggregates, heavy soil blends, composts, mulches, and wood chips is unmatched due to this technology.

Additionally, many years of operational and manufacturing experience led us to our patented feed system that is proven more robust and dependable than our previous walking floor and push ram feed systems. EB units are manufactured with a weight-conscious solid belt floor design that nearly eliminates product waste. Also material flows smoothly and easily due to this wider floor, pressure-sensitive auger system, and v-box design. Due to the trailer length, the EB-110 is still built with the reliable flap floor, along with the other standard EB feed components. Heavier soil blends and some aggregates can be safely put through the machines, whether it is a solid belt floor or a flap floor.

Our operational experience also led us to the neat and convenient hose storage tubes within the box structure, along with our exclusive top-hinged hydraulic tailgate, taking us away from the awkward side-hinged back door with cumbersome hose reel. The tailgate allows bulk offloading of materials, while the hose storage tubes let you remove and set up just the right amount of hose needed for a job, from 25 feet to more than 300 feet. Set up and storing away of the exclusive EB hose sections is simple, neat, and efficient.
