Technical Assistance
Our service technicians are the most experienced in the industry, with a couple of our people having more than 20 years each as part of the EB team! Our team understands the equipment and can quickly troubleshoot most issues over the phone – whether it is technical or operational.
As an added - and increasingly rare! - bonus, a real person promptly and professionally answers our main phone lines during normal business hours to help expedite our parts and service assistance to you.
You can even call us after hours for technical or operational assistance. Unless there is a holiday or vacation, we have someone to try and help you get blowing again. Emergency technical support. That’s our commitment.
Operator & Safety Training
The safe operation of our equipment is very important to all of us at Express Blower, Inc. Every customer is offered comprehensive operator safety training with each equipment purchase. Besides the equipment itself, this is probably the most valuable tool we can provide to our customers.
It includes training in equipment walkaround and maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly), various blowing techniques to maximize performance and efficiencies, setup to cleanup of actual jobs, and complete overview and safe operation of truck and blower components.
Our trainees are guaranteed to get dirty, but they are also guaranteed to be trained by some of the best in the business.
If researching an Express Blower used equipment purchase, please note that if you buy from someone other than our authorized reseller, Conveyor Application Systems (CAS), you will be required to purchase operator safety training from Express Blower, Inc. prior to receiving any technical and/or parts assistance from us. Hourly fees for continued technical assistance may also apply. These fees apply only to those who have purchased EB equipment from someplace other than EB or Conveyor Application Systems.
Parts & Accessories
With nearly a million dollars in our parts inventory, we have a wide selection available for next day delivery. We know that our customers count on our responsiveness and quick access to quality parts and components, and we take great pride in meeting those expectations.
Depending on the specific part and the customer location, we can ship from either our Oregon or Ohio facility, ideally saving you money and time.
FE-SERIES VOLVO PURCHASERS
FE-Series Volvo [chassis] blower trucks manufactured prior to 1998 have become obsolete pieces of equipment. Therefore, support at the same level as other Express Blower equipment isn’t possible. Components are often not stocked items, and in some cases, parts may not be available at all. We will support as best we can as common or crossover parts are affected, but please be aware of the obsolete nature of these chassis’ before purchasing.
